White Hands Association launches its campaign 'Qurbani in the Prophet's Sham 13'. Through this campaign, we strive to deliver your sacrifice to those who deserve it, thus helping you bring joy to the faces of the displaced.
Within the 'Qurbani in the Prophet's Sham 13' campaign, the donor has the freedom to choose the distribution areas in Syria, and can also choose the type of their sacrifice.
- The price of a sheep/goat sacrifice is $325, with an average weight of 50 kg.
- The price of a calf/cow sacrifice is $2100, with an average weight of 450 kg
How can you donate and distribute a Qurbani?
Step 1
After the donor chooses the location where they want their sacrifice to be performed and selects the type of sacrifice, the value of the sacrifice is sent via the bank accounts of White Hands Association
Step 2
The specialized department at White Hands Association works on purchasing the sacrificial animal in the areas chosen by the donor, with full adherence to the Sharia (Islamic law) and health conditions for the sacrifice
Step 3
The process of slaughtering the sacrificial animals begins after the Eid prayer and continues until sunset on the last day of Tashreeq, which is the thirteenth day of Dhul Hijjah, in accordance with Islamic Sharia. The meat is then divided into equal portions
Step 4
After the slaughtering and the packaging of the portions are completed, the distribution department goes out to the designated areas to distribute the sacrifices to the most needy families according to pre-prepared lists
Step 5
Upon completion of the slaughter and distribution process, White Hands Association informs the owner of the sacrifice via email that their Qurbani has been carried out successfully
Step 6
