our organization In 2013, Beyaz Eller was founded by Turkish and Syrian public figures to help reduce the sufring of the Syrian people Beyaz Eller was able to reach so many of the besieged areas inside Syria,namely The “Ghoutas” surrounding Damascus, Homs countryside, Alleppo, Madaya, and Daraa.
