\u00a0<\/strong>Operating 7 Schools in 2016-2017<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Because of the relentless bloodshed in Syria, the number of children missing out on a vital education is on rise. With every displacement wave, families flee violence to safer zones where educational services are generally poor and\/or terminated; since schools are constantly bombed and damaged, or, otherwise, used as collective shelters.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Therefore, Beyaz Eller<\/a> puts all its effort to support the educational services of sponsored schools. In 2016-2017, we collaborated with the international Islamic Charity Organization (IICO) to deliver education through seven sponsored schools inside Syria.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The project lasted for 12 months during term times, in addition to extra-curricular activities and summer courses to entertain the children and enhance their educational attainment, while keeping them safe from street dangers. The total number of beneficiaries reached 3,591 students and 189 teachers.<\/p>\n
