<\/i> Project Justifications \u00a0:<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Over the past seven years, children have been the most afflicted group by the war in Syria. In a recent report, the UNICEF has described Syria as the earth’s most dangerous place for children. The war continues to waste lives of hundreds of thousands, deprives children of education, and forces communities into repeated migration. As a result, the majority of children were forced to work at an early age.<\/p>\n

Syria Relief has recently reported that 5.3 million children need urgent assistance, including two million in hard-to-reach areas.<\/p>\n

Our Eid Clothing Project spreads happiness among children and relieves their psychological ordeal. Meanwhile, it helps children traumatized by violence overcome the suffering that follows exposure to violence.<\/p>\n

<\/i> Project Description \u00a0:<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

The project is based on distributing Eid Clothing during a ceremony attended by the targeted children and their families. The program includes organizing competitions and distributing presents as means to entertain the children and alleviate their pain.<\/p>\n

After the rise in clothing prices, the project aims at alleviating families’ financial burden and pleasing the children’s hearts during Eid.<\/p>\n

  • To evaluate needs in target areas.<\/li>\n
  • To set up a distribution plan.<\/li>\n
  • To buy and wrap clothing sets as Eid gifts.<\/li>\n
  • To call children to the Eid ceremony.<\/li>\n
  • To decorate the distribution site with Eid banners.<\/li>\n
  • To distribute Eid clothing to children.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The project targets poor besieged, refugee and displaced families.<\/p>\n
