“Beyaz Eller” institution undertook a “blood bank” project entitled “Blessed Blood” in northern rural Homs, after the increase in number of injured citizens\u00a0in liberated zones and unavailability of proper and clean blood supply.<\/p>\n
The project was financed by “Humanitarian Relief Caravans” and “Ruhama’u Baynahoum” team in “Bab As Salamah”.<\/p>\n
The bank was direly necessary to supply rare types and examine the blood donated to injured and diseased citizens, to ensure safety from contagious diseases.<\/p>\n
“Beyaz Eller” located the bank amidst target zones, chose the building, and undertook necessary maintenance. In addition, it bought medical equipment for blood banking, appointed medical, administrative and service cadres and equipped the building with necessary furniture, tools, and archives.<\/p>\n
The project aims at serving all hospitals and medical centers in Aleppo, Hama, Idlib, and the Coast. Since establishment, the bank has succeeded in offering clean and safe blood to hospitals.<\/p>\n
The blood bank project is a pioneering effort of “Beyaz Eller” in the medical sector; since no trusted medical center transfers blood according to correct medical standards.<\/p>\n
To avoid bombardment in “Addana” city, and putting the project at risk, the bank was later transferred to northern rural Homs- close to the Turkish borders.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
