{"id":14358,"date":"2020-01-30T13:38:39","date_gmt":"2020-01-30T10:38:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.beyazeller.org\/%d8%a5%d8%ba%d8%a7%d8%ab%d8%a9-%d8%b9%d8%a7%d8%ac%d9%84%d8%a9-%d9%84%d9%86%d8%a7%d8%b2%d8%ad%d9%8a-%d9%85%d8%b9%d8%b1%d8%a9-%d8%a7%d9%84%d9%86%d8%b9%d9%85%d8%a7%d9%86\/"},"modified":"2020-04-25T13:41:10","modified_gmt":"2020-04-25T10:41:10","slug":"emergency-relief-for-idlib","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.beyazeller.org\/en\/emergency-relief-for-idlib\/","title":{"rendered":"Emergency relief for IDLIB"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: left;\">While the crisis in Syria has left no one without affecting it, the effects are varied:<\/h2>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\">Some parts of the country and segments of the population are affected more severely than others.<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\">The humanitarian needs of the people in Syria remain widespread after nearly nine years of conflict.<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\">As a result of the continuation of hostilities, prolonged displacement, increased rates of return, erosion of social cohesion and resilience of societies, and according to the Syria Emergency Response Plan issued by HNO on March 1 &#8211; 2019, Syria, 11.7 million people need some form of humanitarian aid,<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\">including food and shelter, and the number was 13.1 in 2018, of whom 5 million are in urgent need of assistance given the pool of humanitarian risk factors. Also, 4.7 million people are in need in the shelter sector,<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\">including 2 million <a href=\"https:\/\/www.beyazeller.org\/en\/donate-baby-formula-syrian-infants\/\">children<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"direction: rtl; text-align: left;\">Nine years and the suffering of the Syrians has not ended, and every day begins a story of a new tragedy:<\/h3>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\">Today, the southern countryside of Idlib, the southeast countryside of Idlib, Ma&#8217;rat al-Numan, and Ma&#8217;rat<br \/>\nal-Numan countryside falls under the fire of Russian and Syrian aircraft, where there are more than<br \/>\n70,000 people in Muntar al-Numan alone, most of whom are displaced from the countryside of Damascus<br \/>\nand Ghouta and the northern countryside of Homs.
