Status and numbers of people displaced in Rural of Aleppo and Idleb:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Today, many of the displaced families live in tents<\/a> and unfinished or abandoned buildings, and they are unable to provide the minimum means of warming<\/a>.<\/p>\n

After the recent wave of displacement, hundreds of thousands of civilians witness the winter for the first time with their families away from their homes, after they were forced to flee the destructive war machine that ruined every stone, trees, or even human beings!<\/p>\n

The number of displaced has increased since the beginning of the military operations in December 2019 until now, and has reached nearly one million persons, 75% of them are children, women and people of special needs.<\/p>\n

The current camps are overcrowded with the internally displaced people where it is fairly impossible to find shelters or homes for them. The same case is in the schools and mosques that are all crowded with the displaced families.<\/p>\n

the number of camps in the northwestern regions of Syria continues to increase. The Displaced and Immigrants Basic Needs.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The large majority of the displaced are women and children<\/a>. They are in urgent need for the basic assistances and protection. One of the most important at the moment is the need for shelter, which is exacerbating by the bad weather and the chill of winter this year.<\/p>\n

The reason for the urgent need for shelter<\/a> is the fact that many people had to flee several times, and the lack of habitable houses, if any, are high-paying, and the overcrowded camps that are already set up with displaced people from other Syrian governorates, such as Eastern Ghouta, Daraa and the countryside of Homs.
